Sit comfortably in an upright position on the edge of a chair. Securely attach a therapy band behind you to the bottom of a leg of a table. Attach the therapy band elastic loop above your right ankle.
Next, straighten your right leg. You'll feel the muscular contraction across the top of your thigh. Relax and return to the starting position.
